UltraBac Software's technical support professionals are motivated to answer any question and resolve whatever issue you may have, in the most efficient way possible.

Our technicians are here to serve you with telephone* or online help. The UltraBac Knowledge Base and Forum are always available online 24x7, free of charge. However, for the times when you need to speak to someone live, we have set the industry standard for technical support with average hold times of less than five minutes!

To request technical support via email, please fill out the Technical Support Form. Our tech support team will respond to your email Monday through Friday, 6:00am - 5:00pm, Pacific Time.

With an annual Maintenance Subscription, customers receive priority service and unlimited technical support on covered products. Non-maintenance customers are charged a per incident fee for live technical assistance. Calls are answered by a live, U.S. based support team member, Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 5:00pm PT (except for nationally recognized holidays).

After Hours Support
Technical support is available during off hours and holidays. These calls may be placed to the numbers listed above for an additional cost on a per incident basis.

After Hours Times:
Monday through Friday, 5:00pm - 6:00am PT, as well as weekends and national holidays.

After Hours Charges**:
Maintenance Subscribers - $125.00 per incident
Non-Maintenance Subscribers - $250.00 per incident
