If you are upgrading from UltraBac v9.2.x, or an earlier version, to UltraBac v9.5, please be aware that this is not a true upgrade. Due to some of the new features and changes in the software, you must fully uninstall the older version of UltraBac prior to installing version 9.5. We also recommend recreating backup sets and schedules from scratch when upgrading from UltraBac v9.2 or earlier.

To uninstall:
Navigate to Program and Features, right-click on "UltraBac" and select "Uninstall."
