Upgrades and Updates

Software version upgrades and software updates are available at no charge to all customers with a valid Maintenance Subscription. New product purchases come with an initial FIRST YEAR Maintenance Subscription. After the initial Maintenance Subscription expires the following conditions apply:

Minor Software Updates (Example: 9.0 to 9.0.1):

• No charge.

Software Version Upgrades (Example: 8.3 to 9.0 or 9.0 to 9.1):

• Customers have the opportunity to renew their Maintenance Subscription at the renewal cost with no additional fees for three (3) months after Expiration date.
• After three (3) months from date of Expiration, an additional fee of $50.00 or 10% of the renewal cost (whichever is greater) will be added to the cost of the renewal.
• After five (5) months from date of Expiration, the Maintenance Subscription cannot be renewed and an upgrade would need to be purchased.

• NOTE: Customers upgrading two or more software versions at a time may be charged an additional version upgrade fee (Example: Upgrading from 9.0 to 9.3).
