UltraBac Brings Dissimilar Hardware Restore
UltraBac Software released UBDR Gold v3.0, which includes dissimilar hardware
restore. Dissimilar hardware restore allows users to restore machines on
different hardware in the event of a failure, instead of having to maintain
identical hardware spares. Other enhancements to the software include expanded
virtual machine restore support and online index-based restore capability.
Pricing for UBDR Gold starts at $995 per server.
