announced that Kirby Mitchell has been promoted to Canadian National Sales
Manager to grow the company's sales channel and customer base in the region.
Mitchell joined UltraBac Software in 2001 and was quickly promoted to a lead sales position in the
Midwest Region territory. In his new role as head of Canadian sales, he plans to raise the awareness
of UltraBac backup and disaster recovery products through increased contact, training, and targeted
marketing. While resellers and distributors will be the primary focus in Canada, UltraBac Software
will continue to cater directly to end-user needs and requests, as it does in all of its worldwide
markets.

Mitchell holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Denver. Although he says
