Will Offer Backup and Disaster Recovery Services to Resellers and Enterprises
Lancaster, PA -- December 4, 2001 infraHOST Managed Services today announced an agreement today with UltraBac Software that enables infraHOST to offer resellers and end users their UltraBac suite of backup and disaster recovery software applications.
infraHOST, a dedicated hosting and managed Internet service provider, will offer UltraBac Software's full range of backup and disaster recovery products for Microsoft® Windows NT®/2000 networks. The latest version of UltraBac features support for Windows XP and popular Unix and Linux clients, Network Disaster Recovery, and integrated disk flashing technology for rapid cloning and setup of servers and workstations.
UltraBac Disaster Recovery (UB-DR) is an image-based program that can be used as a stand-alone solution or integrated with UltraBac's file-by-file software. UB-DR can transfer scheduled image snapshots to either local tape or any network UNC path. To restore a failed workstation or server, all that is necessary is to boot from a single UB-DR floppy disk.
