Creating Unattended Backup Groups (*.UBB Files)

• From UltraBac's Menu Bar option "Schedule Backups", either create or enable one or more Backup Groups. Do not continue until this step is complete. Refer to the previous Chapters for detailed instructions on creating Backup Sets and Groups.

• Once the BEI Scheduler Service is active, it will review the unattended backup control groups (*.ubb files) on entry to UltraBac to determine when the next backup is due to start.

• At the defined time and day, the BEI Scheduler Service will start the backup.

• Whenever UltraBac is accessed, the next scheduled backup is displayed at the bottom of the main menu.
