Individual Mailbox Backup Troubleshooting
If you get an error that says: "Mailbox Agent: Failed to create .pst Service, status:8004010F" then you have an old copy of MAPISVC.INF on your computer.
This file should be located at the following locations:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Mapi\1033\NT
C:\WINNT\system32
(where C:\WINNT represents your installation directory for Windows)
Note: The 1033 directory could be different on your computer.
Rename the MAPISVC.INF in the c:\winnt\system32 directory to mapisvc.old and copy C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Mapi\1033\NT\mapisvc.inf to C:\winnt\system32
This file will be located within:
C:\WINNT\system32
(where C:\WINNT represents your installation directory for Windows)
You will need to replace the existent MAPI32.DLL with the MAPI32.DLL from Exchange Server 5.5 SP 4, or higher. Note: The MAPI32.DLL from Office 2000 is old and will not work.
Individual Mailbox Backup Limitations
Currently UltraBac requires on the partition used, space at least the size of the three largest mailboxes. For information on changing the location UltraBac uses for this operation:
